UK Orders
We aim to process and dispatch your order within
5 working days. However, a number of our products have to be handmade
fresh on day of dispatch, so some orders may take a little longer.
Payment
You can now order from our online catalogue and pay via our secure PayPal
service. You
don't have to have a Paypal account to shop with us.
Alternatively you can pay by sending your order with a cheque made payable
to JCEPAL. All cheques must be in British Pound Sterling. Sorry, we cannot
accept cheques in any other currency. Orders will be processed once funds
have cleared.
Our prices are subject to alteration without prior notice.
Please ensure you supply your full address including postcode and country
as Nearer Nature and AFV Group (UK) cannot take responsibility for non
deliveries.
Returns
It is our policy to give customer satisfaction. If for whatever reason
you decide to return any unopened goods within 14 days of purchase, we
will refund the cost of the goods (minus delivery costs).
Cancellations
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within
the same business day that the order was placed.

International Orders (outside
UK)
If you do not wish to pay via PayPal you can send a bankers draft or money
order, but payments must be in Pound Sterling made payable to JCEPAL.
All international orders must be submitted to Nearer Nature by using the
International Order Form.
Please supply all details required. Indicate the quantities you wish to
purchase and submit.
This is because we will have to charge the appropriate international fee
for orders delivered outside the UK according to weight. Once order form
is received, one of the Nearer Nature team will contact via email regarding
shipping costs, whereby the customer can confirm order and processing
can begin.
As the customer, you are responsible for any additional duty fees which
may be needed for delivery into your country.
Any country/nation, at anytime, can hold your order for reasons that they
may suspect as warranted. This usually involves a parcel search, product
quarantine, or items within the parcel that may cause some concern with
customs officials.
In the event that your country's inspection agency quarantines, disposes
or otherwise discards material which is not allowed into your country,
this will become the sole responsibility of you the customer. Nearer Nature
and AFV Group (UK) will not issue a replacement nor refund.
